USA

USA Express Tracked Delivery: £40 (2 - 3 Working Days)
Effective from 29th August, all orders shipped to the USA will be sent on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery experience without unexpected charges on arrival.
Important to note:
- Orders that are declined by the customer due to customs or duties payments will not be eligible for a refund on the duties paid.
- In such cases, customers may be able to reclaim these charges directly from their local customs or postal authority however, this will be the responsibility of the customer.
- All International deliveries are dispatched via tracked service.

Will I be charged customs if I am outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, due to brexit there will now be customs fees for EU orders. We are working on ways to reduce these costs. Please refer to the customs & duties policy in your country for further information on any applicable charges.
Returns
Christmas extended returns
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, all orders placed from 1st December to 1st January will have an extended return period until 31st January.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, and the standard returns process applies. Orders placed outside of these dates follow our usual 30-day return policy.
What do I do if I want to return something?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, for a refund.
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a postage label or QR code by email, along with shipping instructions. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, which are calculated and paid in the portal. You may also arrange your own return, but we are not responsible for lost parcels sent outside our portal. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note:
- Items declined due to customs/duties or returned by the customer are not eligible for a refund on duties. Customers must reclaim these charges from their local customs/postal authority.
- If returning part of an order that included free promotional items, the value of the free items or discounts will be deducted from your refund.
- Earrings, other pierced jewellery, underwear, and perfume cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Can I return an order with free gifts?
Any promotional gifts received with your order (e.g., Golden Week free gifts for qualifying purchases) must be returned in their original condition. If gifts are not returned, their value may be deducted from your refund or billed separately.
When will I be refunded?
Please allow up to 7 business days after the refund has been processed for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
What if my received item is faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full or send out a replacement. Please send us an email at hello@33-mm.com within 7 working days of receiving your order and someone from the team will take care of it for you.
